Introducing Insight For Change

Insight For Change is an accessible package of audience research, data and insight. Designed to drive digital change and with it, financial sustainability.

Our community is facing very real challenges in light of the pandemic. Cultural organisations are more reliant than ever on web and social content to stay connected with audiences, fulfill missions and generate income.


Working closely with cultural organisations, we have streamlined our consultancy service to offer an affordable research and wrap-around support package, that directly addresses the challenges faced by museum and heritage teams.

What will Insight For Change do for me?

Understanding online audiences has never been more important. 

Insight For Change combines our specialist research, user-experience and content strategy expertise.  It takes you to a position of understanding your online and onwards to those essential insights and action planning. We know that real digital change comes from better understanding of your audience and financial sustainability; this program is designed to be the first step in that change.

 

The online audience research, wrap-around support and collaborative peer study we’re delivering through Insight For Change runs over 12 months. In response to the needs of teams in our sector, we can do this with minimal internal resource expectation, and at an accessible price point.

 

With Insight For Change you’ll be able to:

  • Have good conversations about resource and budget allocation – based on robust data and expert insight.

Meet the team

The Frankly, Green + Webb team have over 25 years of experience making, evaluation and delivering digital experiences for cultural organisations. They are most known for the conversation-shifting research into how audiences use digital technologies both on site and online. 

 

Laura, Lindsey and Alyson are joined on this project by Adam Pearson.

 

Adam runs Pearson Insight, a UK award-winning freelance research agency which helps public, cultural and not-for-profit organisations uncover insights and find answers through quantitative research.
