Who we work with

Our talent network…

Global, multi-disciplinary, highly experienced. Over the course of their careers, the founders of Frankly, Green + Webb have amassed connections to researchers, creatives, digital engineers and other key people who can lift a project into another sphere. Global, expert and dedicated to what they do, they are a source of fresh ideas, on tap.

…or yours.

We can collaborate with your in-house talent, clarifying briefs; offering direction, task requests and timescales; and respecting the expertise under your own roof.

The founders

Introducing Lindsey Green.

Co-founder, networking lynchpin, trained workshop designer/facilitator and research design champion.

Lindsey began Frankly, Green + Webb with Alyson in 2010. She has worked in learning, technology and the arts for over 20 years, including time as a digital and educational artist creating learning experiences for children.

As well as leading projects and driving the research design approach at FG+W, Lindsey develops partnerships and associate networks, including the MuseumPros Get Coffee event at conferences.

Getting to the core of a challenge and co-creating innovative, insight-led ideas is her favourite part of any project. Mentoring teams, plus fulfilling the potential of digital to democratise access to any-form culture, are her favourite parts of this work.

Lindsey is an Arts Emergency mentor and National Heritage Lottery Fund digital mentor.

The founders

Introducing Alyson Webb.

Co-founder, mobile technology pioneer, content and design strategist and business analyst.

Alyson has worked in the cultural sector for 30 years. As a creative director and innovation programme leader, she has helped countless museums, galleries and historic sites share their extraordinary stories with diverse audiences around the globe.

Having designed the experience and content of the world’s first-ever multimedia guide, mobile phone guide and gallery podcast, Alyson has seen first-hand how this work can change how people think, behave and see the world. Collaborating with the expertise and profound knowledge within each organisation is one of her favourite parts of every project.

Her greatest reward comes in helping teams discover new creative opportunities, express what is unique and authentic to them, and understand their audience on a new level–ultimately so everyone feels that the knowledge and beauty held in these sites is theirs to take in.

Alyson is a National Heritage Lottery Fund digital mentor.

Our US partner

Introducing Laura Mann.

Our US partner, organisational coach and mentor, user-centred research expert.

Laura started Frankly, Green + Webb USA in 2013. With 25 years in the cultural sector–including graduate training as an academic art historian–Laura is a powerhouse in providing mobile services, educational content and software to cultural organisations.

With 20 years’ experience leading business development teams, Laura helps teams shift what they do by changing how they do it. Adept at interpreting and communicating complex insights and data, she gets to the heart of the information to support great decision-making and inspire action.

As for what inspires Laura–the desire for more and more people to feel like they belong in museums. For everyone to walk in and say, “This is a place for me”. Listening to visitors/users and seeing through their eyes is an aspect of each project that she enjoys the most, not least because of its power to shape an experience that resonates, and really works.
